ViceCrews Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and Acceptance

By creating an account, subscribing, or using ViceCrews, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

1. You must be at least the legal minimum age required in your jurisdiction.
2. You must provide accurate, complete, and current account information.
3. You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account.
4. You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access or abuse.

3. Non-Affiliation

ViceCrews is an independent platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two, or other game publishers unless expressly stated.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the platform for illegal or abusive purposes, including:

1. Fraud, impersonation, phishing, identity theft, or financial abuse.
2. Harassment, hate speech, threats, extortion, or targeted abuse.
3. Malware distribution, unauthorized access attempts, or exploit abuse.
4. Spam, bot abuse, scraping, denial-of-service behavior, or unlawful automation.
5. Copyright infringement or uploading content without required rights.

5. User Content

1. You retain ownership of your original content.
2. You grant ViceCrews a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and transmit that content only to operate, secure, and improve the service.
3. You are solely responsible for legality, accuracy, and permissions for uploaded content.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

ViceCrews may investigate and enforce policy violations through warnings, restrictions, removals, suspensions, or account termination where reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, or service integrity.

7. Premium Services, Billing, and Consumer Transparency

1. Paid features are processed by Stripe or another designated payment processor.
2. Prices, included features, and applicable limits are shown before checkout.
3. Taxes may apply according to your country and applicable legal requirements.
4. Refund, cancellation, and withdrawal rights for digital services follow mandatory consumer laws, including applicable EU and national rules.
5. Payment fraud or abusive chargebacks may result in restrictions or account termination.

8. Data Protection, GDPR, and Privacy Rights

ViceCrews processes personal data to provide and secure the service, including:

1. Authentication, account management, and security controls.
2. Messaging, crews, moderation logs, support, and service operations.
3. Billing validation, anti-abuse checks, and legal compliance obligations.

Processing is based on valid legal grounds under GDPR, such as contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interests, and consent where required.

Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and consent withdrawal where applicable.

9. International Transfers and Service Providers

Data may be processed by providers in multiple jurisdictions. When required, appropriate safeguards are applied for lawful cross-border transfers.

10. Change of Ownership and Data Transfer

If ViceCrews or its operating company is sold, merged, transferred, or reorganized, platform assets and related data may be transferred to the new legal owner or controlling entity, in accordance with applicable law and required safeguards.

11. Service Availability and Warranty Disclaimer

ViceCrews is provided on an "as available" basis. While reasonable technical and organizational security measures are applied, uninterrupted service, full compatibility, and error-free operation are not guaranteed.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViceCrews is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes non-excludable liability under mandatory law.

13. Intellectual Property

Platform software, branding, and materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit service components beyond permitted use.

14. Changes to These Terms

Terms may be updated for legal, technical, security, or product reasons. Material changes are communicated in-app, by notice, or by updated publication date.

15. Governing Law and EU Consumer Safeguards

These Terms are governed by applicable Romanian and EU law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country of residence.
